Shindand Airbase
Shindand Airbase is seven miles in the northwester part of Sabzwar City and in western side of Herat Province in Afghanistan. The weather resistant asphalt road connects the airbase to the Farat-Herat Highway. Shindand airfield used to be a Soviet airfield and was repaired by the US Armed Forces. In the year 2002, the airfield which was built by the Soviets received severe damaged from bombings when the alliance forces entered Afghanistan and on August 15, 2004, the Afghan National Army secured the Shindand airport without any casualties. When the airbase is under the control of the Afghanistan government, United States began using the airbase in the installation of their aircraft. At present, the airbase is being utilized by ISAF and NATO Forces in their medical airlifts, training and humanitarian missions.

Shindand Airbase is an ideal place for agricultural productions that’s why the United States Special operations founded The Shindand Agricultural Experiment Station on May 2008. Seymour Johnson Air Force Base
The Seymour Johnson Air Force Base situated in Goldsboro, North Carolina, is under management by the Air Combat Command. The Oklahoma Altus base is operating properly and today it supports like 2,000 permanent personnel, military and civilians. In addition, like 3,000 military people & families are today living on a base & are large amount of militarist that are living off base.

The 97th Operational Group- the plans are designed & execute C-17, along with KC-135 school which is formal, initial & also an advanced training program for 3000 students every year. The best part is it sustains Globemaster Stratotanker and airland, with airdrop the air mobility forces, in this way it provides global reach meant for combat with contingency operational tasks.

Cannon Air Force Base
It is an Air Force base located in Curry County in New Mexico State of United States. And it is operated by Air Force Special Operation that commissioned The 27^th Special Operations Wing, which is a newly deployed wing on the base. The base was built in 1943 as Army base but it was later remained in honor of General John K. Cannon. The base had been under political pressure for some time and it was suggested to shutdown the base; later all F-16s were taken away from the base. Today it is decided to keep the base and replace old F-16s with newer ones. It received much pressure from the government at the time, but with more than 50 years of service it was decided to keep the base.

Talking about its role in World War II, the base was first build to provide civil service and it was named as Portair Field during 1920s, but was later turned into base in 1930. Later the base was used for bomber site and it was again remained to Clovis Army Air Field. The base was also center to a major training and exercise facility for Boeing B-29 Superfortress, the base was assigned different wings and squadrons.

The base also offered its services in cold war and there were many plans to make New Mexico Cannon base a permanent station for Boeing B-29 Superfortress during Cold War. The base became a center of operations in the surrounding area and was designated with Strategic Air Command. The SAC comprised of some of the most sophisticated missiles and bombers, which were stationed on New Mexico Cannon base; it included Boeing B-52 Stratofortress used for long range missions.

The base has around more than 2000 employees comprising of both civilians and military, and there are plans to include more new jet planes to the base.

Picatinny Arsenal
It is basically American military research and development facility located near Lake Denmark in New Jersey. It is also headquarter of United American Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center. The facility was founded in 1880 and has been in operation since then. It is also home to experts in US Army small size ammunitions, especially a small part of weapon known as Picatinny rail, which is designed to hold cartridges for the gun.

Initially a part of the facility was acquired by Navy to build a gun powder manufacturing company under the name Lake Denmark Naval Ammunition Storage. The company was expended to manufacture larger ammunitions during World War I. The company also started conducting research and development activities to find ways to build better ammunitions for the war. The company initially started with 18,000 employees.

It is now manufacturing ammunitions for US Armed Forces; it is also manufacturing armors and weapons. Another feature New Jersey Picatinny Arsenal has is that it was first used to store gun powder for military in north east of US. But a bad tragedy occurred in 1926 when lightening stuck and all the stored ammunitions were destroyed. After the accident the facility was given under the command of US Armed Forces for better protection of the storage.

The facility offered its services in research activities and played major role in both World Wars. It also played a major part in producing more useful munitions such as smokeless powder and more. After the World War II the company focused on manufacturing weapons for US soldiers stationed in Korea. The company also focused on improving its previous weapons including bazooka, which is one of the most widely used weapons in the world especially in Vietnam War. Infact the US Army still uses ammunitions made at New Jersey Picatinny Arsenal.
