Torii Station

The Japan Torii facility Station is situated right in Yomitanson, at the Okinawa Prefecture, in the precious Japan. Today, it houses tenth Support Area Group, along with the first Battalion, some units & activities and even the first Forces Group. They are responsible for an optimized and critical functionality for United States services there on Okinawa. Within their main functions they have to: receive & distribute plenty of cargo, they must distribute island fuel supply, along with the many port operations tasks.

This Army is somehow small but Torii is ready to meet with the external confrontations. The Soviets already had invaded Japanese territory for the curiles, and more before they were taking actions in Manchuria, the long-suffering falls were very high in spite of the fact that to Japan he did not still have mas anything.

The decision to bombard Japan already was taken in account a long before the Soviets were entering conflict with the Japanese. Mas before already was giving each other bobardeos on tokio and other cities with results similar to those of the atomic bombs. Unfortunately, some complaints exist on the part of the civilians, not only for the noise that the engines of plane provoke, but also for the military personnel that works in the base. The problems are common with them “marinade” when they go out of parting: assaults and violations are common news for these homes.

It is said that they have a small arsenal of nuclear weapon tactics opened in the spot.

Thursday October 17th 2019, 1800 hours. at Toguchi Beach Yomitan in Okinawa Japan.
I witnessed four US affiliated persons walking two dogs on the beach.
Two were female and two were male adults, aged seemingly 35 to 40 years of age.
They were enjoying chatting and walking the beach together, and one of the females was apparently a photographer.
As they walked along, one of the dogs the brown one stopped to leave its droppings, one of the females was in control of this dog. The group stopped and the dog finished it’s business. The group then continued to walk and chat.
Not one of the individuals made an effort to collect the dogs droppings or even show concern about leaving it behind.
Although I had the opportunity to approach the group about it. I would as soon not be challenged by them. So I followed them to the parking area to observe them, thinking maybe they might get something to collect their dogs droppings with. They put the two dogs in a white van, stood by the vehicle chatting for several minutes. Two of the persons walked away to another vehicle to drive away. This was the female photographer and one of the males.
None of the personnel showed any concern for removing their dogs droppings from the beach area.
I collected their vehicle identification information and feel responsible to inform you of this violation.
Not only did I witness this behavior and realize this was four Americans but others at the beach witnessed it as well. I am also American and have no desire to be connected with this group of peoples behavior.
Toguchi park is a dog park and many people bring dogs there. There are many children that play all around the park. Many local elderly people that exercise there daily. It is a tourist location, especially at sunset time. People are aware of Americans and their behavior outside of your bases.

The total disregard for our public areas by not only one of your personnel but four very adult aged people sets the example of what we can expect from having military people share our space. I’m sure some of these individuals hold some type of influential job and pass their disregard on to others. I and many other people work along with park personnel to keep our park clean and nice. We would rather not have these people come to any of our local facilities again. They have left a negative imprint on the local people, the tourist and a lasting smell to walk by as we try to enjoy our park.
I can understand there is a need for training upper level personnel how to conduct themselves outside of your bases. After training, hopefully they might influence other younger personnel to act accordingly.
The dog owner vehicle information is White Mazda MPV Van plate number Y32-34 and the photographer vehicle information is Black Honda Van Y65-95
This may seem like a trivial complaint to make but this is only the one time I’ve witnessed these individuals , I’m sure it is their daily routine to disregard the rest of us and influence others to do so.
Four out of four is a bad average for such behavior.
Thank you for your time, attention and any effort you may make.
