The Florida Clearwater had begun after the conversion of St, Petersburg or Clearwater international Airport into US Station Clearwater of Coast Guard Air. Tracen Petaluma Training Center has 10 schools with 50 different courses catering to 4000 students yearly. They also provide training to international students and to all the Coast Guard military and civilian employees. This also offers training for the novice in the different enlisted career fields and the management training in leadership and the Total Quality Management for all the personnel in all levels. The Training Center has courses for maritime law enforcement, computer operation, emergency medical technicians and management training.

Petaluma bought Two Rock Ranch whose secret mission is to listen to the Japanese communications but become outdated when the Coast Guard converted it as a training ground during the Vietnam War. The USCG relieved the Army and took command of the Station. After the take over, they renamed it as Coast Guard Training Center, Petaluma. They changed the named to Petaluma because Two Rocks does not appear in the maps which is necessary for the Coast Guard members to locate the base when travelling. Right after the training center was opened, many Special Schools opened like schools for training Coast Guard cooks, and then Storekeeper school opened, the after 6 months the Radioman school opened. Less than a year the base is full of students.

The Training Center comprises 800 acres of land with 219 buildings with 129 family units, a chapel, clinic, fire department and a small police department with complete training facilities in their over 200,000 square feet.

Petaluma is the second largest town in the southernmost part of Sonoma County. Petaluma rapidly grows into an agricultural, trade and industrial state during the 1918 period. Today, it is still an agricultural county and the downtown was renovated and shopping centers and cafes are around the corner where the antique weekend shoppers gather. Petaluma has been part of movies since then like the “Basic Instinct”, “Peggy Sue Got Married” and “American Graffitti.

The city of Kodiak, on Kodiak Island is the most far flung of the destinations in South central Alaska and once the capital of czarist Alaska, the island is now rich in Russian history, as well as naval history and culture. The Russians established a fort on the south east side of the island, enslaved the Natives, and forced them to hunt for the furs so coveted in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. During World War II Kodiak was home to a huge US naval base and other fortifications. The old navy yard is now the center of air operations for the Coast Guard in the North pacific. Elsewhere on the island, you can crawl around the old bunkers, gun emplacements, and pill boxes during the war at Fort Abercrombie.

The Navy of United States selects Kodiak for their main base due to the ice free waters. It was guarded by the military. The same post currently belongs to the Coast Guard base. Two thirds of Kodiak Island and its neighboring fall within Kodiak National Wildlife refuge.

The Borough and city of Juneau is a united municipality situated on the Gastineau channel on the Alexander Archipelago in the United States, Alaska State, and is the capital of state. In 2008, the name Army Aviation Center of Excellence was assigned to the Fort Rucker military division. As the Army Aviation headquarter, a total of 36 individual units are situated on the premises with multi-missioned participants who are categorized as civilians, contractors and other military operatives. Other units would include multi-service and multi-command operatives.

A specialized team of operatives are fully trained to execute assigned duties for integrating aviation service equipments in fighter jets and other units for the United States armed forces. The professionals trained in this establishment, are qualified to effectively maneuver the entire task individually assigned to teams. The individuals of this organization possess dominancy in the field, physically, mentally and spiritually committed to the Arm Forces and civilians worldwide that requires assistance.

The establishment consist of 15, 700 tenants on a daily basis, which includes 3, 600 family members, 5, 000 uniformed individual, 7, 000 contracted employees and civilians. Once the projects are completed, deployment is structured with aviation teams assigned effectively to perform skilled services and management duties as scheduled.

A total of three states containing a total of twenty-seven counties that covers land availability, airspace and a training field, for operatives that are trained professionally. There are seventeen stage fields, eighty-nine training sites situated in an area that is remote for five flight training and fuel point for arms forwarding.

The participants in this program offer the best services in aviation on a wide scale, fulfilling the equipment needs for the United States armed forces. The individuals trained are internationally recognized as classified operatives in the field. The division effectively maintains the level of content for families, soldiers, retirees and soldiers.
