The MA New England sector has today 8 well designed Stations together with 4 Cutters, 2 different Aids with Navigation teams, & 2 Marine Detachment units meant for safety. It is all about marines, too!

    Woods Hole region has:

    Approximately 6,000 miles of the coastline, around 171 harbors full of Corps improvements. In addition, it consists of thirteen deep draft commercials water ways and thirteen exclusive and major river basin spots- Not to mention the many miles full of beautiful rivers & streams. The MA New England district even employs like 400 professional that are ready to meet up needs in terms of tasks with military aspects. The officers are even serving in several management positions that are very important. Around 80% of programs and projects are taking place and some others are in development.
