Nevada Fallon is today home to Naval Strike & Air Warfare facility Center, the Fighter Squadron 13, the Strike Wing Pacific Fallon Detachment and the Construction Unit battalion 416. Moreover Fallon is the main facility in navy where entire carriers air wings can fully train together in strike strategies and tactics that have proven success in combat. Several Navy pilots that flew in Operations Desert Storms credited their total success to realistic tactics and training they actually received in Nevada Fallon.

Despite the fact that this air station is somehow small the fabulous training facilities, 4 bombing specific ranges, the electronic range, the 13,000-foot run ways & the clear flying climate much more than just 3 hundred days annually, this makes the Nevada Fallon like the premier of the many Naval installations. Since beginnings the Army Air Corps and the air strip in early 1940, the Nevada Fallon has several uses & also missions.
